  • Troubleshooting Time Out Error LCI Level Up System
If the touch pad is showing "Retract Time Out Error" all you need to do is hit, enter and retract at the same time. That will clear that code. I confirmed this with our contacts at Lippert.

  • Troubleshooting Lights On Left Side of LCI Leveling Control Panel # LC175225 Flashing
Thanks for the picture! Since you're getting the lights on the left side to flash but none of the lights on the top you need to press and hold all 4 directional buttons at one time for a few seconds and release. This will clear the issue. If you are actually getting the side lights flashing and the lights on the top are coming on as well, you'd need to set the zero point calibration by pressing the retract all button 3x or by pressing auto and retract at the same time.

  • Can an Additional Touch Pad be Added Outside on the Level-Up Hydraulic Leveling System
I contacted the manufacturer with this question. They informed me that the Replacement Quick Level Touch Panel for Lippert Components Level-Up Hydraulic Leveling System # LC74FR is the correct outside panel replacement for the Level-up system if it already has an outside panel and inside panel. They said that you would not be able to add a second panel outside if it is not already set up for two panels and that you should not move the inside panel to the outside.

  • Troubleshooting Blinking Red Light on Level Up Auto Level Trailer System
The blinking red light indicates an error in the system. Most codes can be cleared by pressing "retract all". Hold the button if it is slowly blinking faded red because that is a jack fault. Hold until the jacks begin to retract. If that doesn't solve your problem, consult OneControl Touch Panel or OneControl App for instructions.

  • Troubleshooting a Lippert Level-Best Leveling System that Suddenly Stopped Working
There may be a bunch of different reason why your Lippert Level-Up system has suddenly stopped working. The most common reasons are due to a dead battery, extending your jacks too far, or a blown fuse. The first thing you should check for is the easy stuff, so in this case that'd be a blown fuse. If the fuse is blown, then simply replace it and see if it works. If not, move to the battery. You're going to need to make sure that it's not dead and reading normal voltage. If it's dead, allow...

  • Troubleshooting a Lippert Quick Level Leveling System That Works Intermittently
Some of the most common reasons why your Lippert Quick Level leveling system is working intermittently is usually due to a dead battery, a blown fuse, or bad wiring. You'll first want to check the fuse and make sure it isn't blown. This is going to be the easiest and the first thing I'd check when troubleshooting. Next, you're going to want to check your battery's voltage and make sure that's reading the appropriate voltage. If it's not, then you'll need to let this battery charge for...

  • Clicking Sound When Trying to Raise Lippert Level-Up
What's the condition of the battery on the trailer? It sounds like it has a weak charge on battery. Or just check the connections to the RV battery as well and make sure the terminals are tight as well.

  • Troubleshooting Lippert Level Up System Taking Long Time to Work After Pressing Buttons
I reached out to my contact at Lippert regarding the issue you're having with the Level-Up Hydraulic System on your trailer/RV. He said the symptoms you described are likely due to a faulty touch pad, but there is one thing he wants you to check before replacing it. If you unplug and remove the touch panel there will be a black and green wire behind it. The green wire is for ground and the black wire is for power. Make sure the green wire is securely attached and use a circuit tester...

  • Troubleshooting Lippert Leveling System That Flashes Red When "Hitch Height" Button is Pushed
Typically when the Quick Level Touch Pad # LC74FR red light flashes it indicates an error and the retract button flashing green it means that the error has been reset. The issue appears to be on the extending, so it's possible that there's either an electrical issue on the motors or the hydraulic pump motor, depending on which type of leveling system you've got. If you can provide a bit more information on your leveling system and whether it's an electric or hydraulic system I can give...

  • Can Quick Level Touch Panel for Lipper Level Up be Reset
What you can do to reset the control panel is unplug it for a few seconds and then plug it back in. Sometimes an internal short can cause a problem like this and a hard reset will clear it up. If not it would be time for a replacement panel like the # LC74FR.

  • What to do When Lippert Leveling System Is Not Operating with Controller
If the Lippert leveling gear, like the Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817, isn't showing an error code or allowing you to retract the jacks with the push buttons then what I recommend doing is hooking up to your truck and then manually operating the jacks. The manual override can be found on each motor and you should be able to operate it with a drill. Once you get all of the landing gear up, go ahead and take it to your nearest shop or RV dealer for them to look at. You might be able to reset...

  • Troubleshooting LF Error Lippert Ground Control
The LF error on your Lippert Ground Control System # LC358590 indicates an issue at the left front jack or some kind of short or failed power source (like a dead battery). If your battery has a good charge most likely it's a wiring issue. I recommend simply inspecting the wiring for any frayed or damaged portions that need to be replaced. Also make sure your battery is fully charged and in good condition. To clear that message Lippert states that you need to extend all of the jacks at...

  • How To Operate The Quick Touch Keypad For Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling Systems
Yes, the autolevel feature can be used to relevel the trailer if needed. The nose of the trailer will need to be above level before you hit autolevel button on your Quick Touch keypad # LC74FR, so you'll want to ensure that you raise the front landing gears up just above level for it to properly sense where it's at and relevel the trailer appropriately. When you're ready to hook back up to your tow vehicle you'll simply need to hit the hitch height button on your keypad and it will return...

  • What To Do When The Middle Jacks On A Ground Control 3.0 Will Not Extend
If the middle jacks on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC675817 are not extending when using the auto level feature and you're not receiving an error code then you'll want to complete a Zero Point Calibration to reset the system. I've attached a little snippet from the manual below that goes over how to do this. If you do start seeing error codes then let me know and we can start figuring out what's causing the problem.

  • Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Jack Legs Not Extending On A 2017 Cedar Creek 5th Wheel
It could be a number of reasons why your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 & slide-outs are not extending. One reason could be due to over-extending, or something internal may have become bent or stripped. I recommend seeing if you can manipulate the jacks with the manual crank. If it is not working correctly even with the manual crank, then you likely need a new jack. If your jack is fine with the manual crank, then you likely have a low battery power issue. You'll want to verify...

  • How do I do a Zero Reset on My 6-Point Lippert Hydraulic Leveling System?
Thanks so much for the pictures! I went ahead and reached out to my tech at Lippert, and she confirmed that you always want to have the slides in when zero leveling with a 6-point hydraulic leveling system. For the reset process, you will use the LCD OneTouch screen only. In the right hand corner of the screen, there will be a gear or a menu called "more options" or "advanced options." After that selection, that is where you will find the zero-leveling option. You will not have to go through...

  • Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control NOT LEVEL Jacks Down Error
To achieve a successful auto level with the Lippert Ground Control part # LC358590, you want to make sure you are trying to auto level on mostly even ground. If you are trying to auto level on uneven ground you will have to relocate the trailer before trying. You may need to reset the zero point as well. If the zero point somehow got changed or was set incorrectly then the auto level feature will not work. The zero point is the programmed point that the trailer will return to each time...
