I have a Lippert 6 point hydraulic auto leveling system and the controller is a basic controller with no screen 425306. Can I replace it with the 421484 model?

No you cannot. The # LC421484 model controller is only for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 and Ground Control TT leveling systems. Since your current controller is the 425306 with no screen this indicates that you have the Lippert Components Level-Up Hydraulic Leveling System. This means you will have to stick with the same screenless controller if you need a replacement. The correct replacement controller will be as follows:
