Troubleshooting A Non-Working Auto Hitch Height Function On A Quick Touch Pad For Ground Control 3.0

Question:

I have a 2021 Grand Design Reflection 295RL fifth wheel. I am having a problem with the Quick Leveling Touch Pad QLTP - All the buttons work on the pad, except for the Hitch Height button. There is no response. The Hitch Height does work from the OCTP in the belly of the fifth wheel Do you have any suggestions on how to fix the Quick Leveling Touch Pad QLTP? Thank you

Hey Ed,

If you use the hitch recognition button on the Quick Touch Pad # LC74FR while the front of the trailer is below level the button will not work and would force you to use the OCTP. The front of the trailer will need to be above level for the button to function properly. If the trailer front is above level and the pad is still not working then I would unplug it for 10-15 minutes for it to fully power down and reset and then plug it back in and try again.
