Troubleshooting Lippert Level Up Return Leveler for Service Error Code

Question:

Class C Forest River 2018 LCI leveling problem with parking brake set and key in the ignition i have a blank screen on control panel. When i start unit panel light comes on with these sayings Error retract time out also return leveler for service Forest River Class C 2018 on Ford chassis

Hey Sherman, the "Return Leveler for Service" message is a general code therefore I don't have any specific troubleshooting steps for it. That said, all you need to do to clear the code is press the retract button and enter button simultaneously, holding for about 3 seconds. Now try and use the system and see if it works or has issues. Let me know either way.

For the error you have it is telling you that one of the following is occurring.

Parking Brake not engaged.
Engine is not running prior to starting auto retract sequence.
Leaking hose or fitting.

To correct this

Press Enter and Retract. Engage parking brake.
Press Enter and Retract at the same time to clear error. Turn engine on and restart auto retract sequence.
Check for leaks, repair if necessary.
