Troubleshooting Blinking Red Light on Level Up Auto Level Trailer System

Question:
Auto level doesn’t work. Green light turn to flashing red

The blinking red light indicates an error in the system. Most codes can be cleared by pressing "retract all". Hold the button if it is slowly blinking faded red because that is a jack fault. Hold until the jacks begin to retract. If that doesn't solve your problem, consult OneControl Touch Panel
or OneControl App for instructions.

Our leveling system blinks red constantly when no one is touching the trailer and we can only clear it from the inside of the trailer, or on our phone. The leveling system never works without a constant “movement” error. How can we fix the system?
