I lost app for auto level on monitor and no light on ground control. no way to level. what happen and what do I do to get leveling system back

The first thing to check when your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 touchpad isn't working would be the power source. If you're not getting a full 12v DC power to the system then nothing is going to properly operate. Test your power at each motor and the touchpad using a digital multimeter # PT89ZR. If you aren't getting 12v then we know the battery or an in-line fuse is the issue.
If you are getting 12v and the touchpad isn't working then it's the touchpad itself that will need to be replaced. There are two different touchpads depending on how your system was installed so you'll just want to get the matching one to make replacement as easy as possible.
The Replacement Quick Level Touch Panel for Lippert Level-Up and Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC74FR is typically on systems where the controls are able to be accessed from outside of the trailer or a cargo bay.
The Replacement Control Panel for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 and Travel Trailer RV Leveling System # LC421484 is typically on systems where the touchpad can only be accessed from inside the trailer or from inside of a cargo bay.
