It has been functioning as it should, no problems. Have used it extensively for carrying bicycles and occasionally for hauling stuff with a trailer. Life would be much tougher without it.

This one is definitely a bit involved and I'm happy to hear our install videos made that a little less difficult! ^___^ I would typically ask what you will be using the hitch for, but your last picture answers that question pretty clearly. Are you purely a road rider or do you do other stuff too?
