Hi,
The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH25VR only fits non M-models and M-sport package models and I believe the 2022 BMW X5 M50i is just an M-model so it would not be a fit. You would instead need the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH22MR, which is a fit for M-models.
