No, it does not but I have one that does. To add a hitch to your 2022 BMW X5 45e M-Sport you will need the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit item # SH25VR if you plan on towing or item # SH89VR if you're just going to be using the hitch for accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers. These are the only two options that will fit your BMW.
