So, Mike L, we dont need muffler clamps per instructions on the pipe, simply attach directly to pipe?

Like the installation instructions I attached to the right say, if you are installing the Rack em Double Trailer Tailgate Assist # RA-27C on a pipe style side rail you will need to use muffler clamps
