how do i tell if my trailer needs new hubs

Helpful Expert Reply:
If the armature surface where the brake magnet is damaged, or if the area where the bearings ride is showing wear or is damaged it would be time to replace the hubs. If you had bearings go out in the hub and you continued to drive on them for a while, to the point where the hub is damaged it would be time for the hub to be replaced.
To pick out replacement hubs you will need to get the numbers off of the bearings plus the bolt pattern of the hubs. With that info we can pick out the correct hub. See the picture I attached for more info.
