Hey Mike. The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # 8-201-9UC3-EZ is indeed compatible with the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes item # 23-458-459.

The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # 8-201-9UC3-EZ is sold individually and has a 6 on 5-1/2 lug nut pattern. This is a 6,000 lbs capacity hub that comes with pregreased and installed bearings, racings, and a grease seal. It also includes new lug nuts and a grease cap.

Please note that the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # 8-201-9UC3-EZ uses a item # GS-2125DL grease seal, which has a 2.125" inner diameter. We also have the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # K08-201-9B that comes with a item # RG06-070 grease seal, which has a 2.250" inner diameter. You'll want to compare your grease seal or measure your trailer's spindle to determine the correct size you need.
