How much do each of the various classifications of jacks weigh, themselves? Trying to understand if they each weigh different amounts based off their capabilities.

Thank you for the reply, Jerred! I'm just looking for a good utility jack of sorts to keep in my truck when pulling RV, boat and utility trailers. I have an old, old 10 ton bottle jack right now that weighs a ton to haul around. I'm looking for a capable jack with lighter overall weight.

@JeffG You're welcome! I've got an old heavy one I keep in my truck box too so i get it. If you can get by with a 6-ton jack the Power Mountain item # PM34FR comes with a real nice heavy duty bag that keeps everything organized. The 2-Ton item # PM44FR has one too.

I couldn't figure out a way to update my original review on the 6 ton tall boy so I figure I'll leave it here. I had to call them as my jack had no oil in it. This is rare customer service... I reached out to the number in the jack manual and with zero hassle I was sent hydraulic oil. Fast simple the way it's supposed to be. etrailer is working with a great company, the jack was delivered quick the oil about a week later! The jack works awesome on the travel trailer and I will come back to etrailer next time.
