are the Item # ABS74FR bolts graded bolts? Ie: how many marks do they have on the head? FYI: Bolt Grade Numbers There are several grades of bolts but the three common grades for SAE are 2 no marks, 5 3 radial lines and 8 6 radial lines0.

I went out to the warehouse to check out the Shackle Bolt # ABS74FR you were looking at, and it has three lines making it a grade 5 which you can see in the picture below.
