On the Loadstar 4.80-12 speed rating is 65 mph. So when I travel interstates at 70-75 theses tires are not recommended? I drive for 12- 14 hrs at a time . Thk you

Hey Keith, if you exceed the speed rating of your trailer tire you will end up overheating the tire and that will most likely cause it to fail. This is definitely going to be very likely if you are driving 12 to 14 hours at a time. Best option would be a similar wheel and tire like the part # AM31202 which is rated for up to 81 mph.

Hey Keith, how did the Kenda Karrier tires work out for your long interstate drives? It’d be great to hear if the higher speed rating made a difference on those 12- to 14-hour trips. Your update could make it easier for others who travel long distances with similar trailers.
