Hi K,
Thanks for your question. The TorkLift Tie Downs # TL87CR and # TLF3008 are not compatible with your 1997 Ford F-350. Those kits are designed for 2019 and newer Ford trucks.
To determine the correct TorkLift tie-down kit for your truck, I'll need a little more information about your setup:
Bed length: 6-1/2' or 8'
Running boards: None, cab-length, or wheel-to-wheel
Rear hitch: Is it a TorkLift SuperHitch or a non-TorkLift aftermarket hitch?
For example, the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Tie Downs # TL32FV is the correct front and rear tie-down kit for a 1997 Ford F-350 if it has:
A 6-1/2-foot bed with no running boards or cab-length running boards, and a non-TorkLift aftermarket hitch, or
An 8-foot bed with no running boards or cab-length running boards, and a non-TorkLift aftermarket hitch.
Once you can confirm those details, I'll be happy to recommend the correct tie-down kit for your truck.
Have you owned a truck camper before or is this your first?

Definitely a must have since the truck campers are top heavy. Also highly recommend the Fast Gun tie downs as well and put the required tension on them
