Glenn, for your 1997 Ford F-350 dually you can use the TorkLift Tie Downs # TL32FV which includes the front and rear tie downs. The last thing you need is a set of turnbuckles like the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs # TLS9529-2-LK.
