Unfortunately, it does not Terri. The Specialty Recreation Inner Garnish for RV Skylight item # SR57MR does not come with pre-drilled holes because it's a universal replacement part.
The reason being is that RV ceiling and framing thicknesses isn't a standard size, the Specialty Recreation leaves the flange solid on their item # SR57MR so you can drill pilot holes exactly where you need them.
The Specialty Recreation Inner Garnish for RV Skylight item # SR57MR is designed to fit 18" x 30" openings with a 20-1/2" x 32" flange. The garnish itself is white but the top is clear to allow light in.
I recommend using the Specialty Recreation Skylight Installation Kit item # SR76RR to install the Inner Garnish item # SR57MR. This kit includes the necessary hardware to complete the installation. It also includes butyl sealant to make sure you don't have any leaks.

Hi Terri, We ordered this particular insert for the skylight on our 2017 Grayhawk 29ME. The exiting insert was yellowed and brittle from the typical AZ sun exposure. When we got the new insert, we also noticed that it was not predrilled for the mounting screws. However, we measured the dimensions from the old insert and transferred them onto the new insert. Problem solved. Looks like it came right off of the show-room floor. Super easy reinstall!
