Will the Curt 2 Inch Trailer Hitch Fit a 2023 Kia EV6 GT?

Question:
Any idea if you have hitches that for the 2023 EV6 GT trim specifically in addition to the other EV6 trims? I think the GT has a reverse light integrated into the lower bumper maybe lower than other trims. I was looking at the Curt 2 towing hitch. Thanks

Hi Enrique, that's a great question. Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C96RV, is designed to fit all models of the 2023 Kia EV6, including the GT trim. Curt designed this hitch with the GT in mind, so you don't have to worry about the lower reverse light preventing it from fitting. It does require some trimming of the underbody panel during installation, but that's a normal part of the install and doesn't affect the hitch's performance.
I completely understand why you asked, especially since the GT has a few unique styling differences from the other EV6 trims. Fortunately, Curt lists the GT as a compatible fit, so you can order with confidence knowing it's intended for your vehicle.
