Since your Grand Design toy hauler will have a loaded tongue weight between 1,300 and 1,600 lbs, this hitch falls right in the recommended weight range.
One thing to keep in mind is that toy hauler tongue weight can vary quite a bit depending on how you load the garage area. If you expect the tongue weight to regularly exceed 1,600 lbs when fully loaded, you would want to move up to the next higher rated system.

I have a 2020 F-350 diesel with a 3" receiver, had to use an adapter down to the 2.5" that comes with the Weigh Safe hitch. Was not a problem at all. I am pulling a 30' 10,000 lbs tiny home through the mountains. Best hitch system I have ever used. Find a quiet day at a Cat scale and do all the set up there, very easy. Good luck.
