Hello Greg,
I have an excellent option for you, but I’m afraid you’re right—the B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # BW53FR is designed for a loaded tongue weight of 600-1,600 pounds. Even if you are only slightly over this range, you won’t get optimized performance.
I do have another weight distribution system that would be a great fit for your setup: the Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch # WS24RR for a 2" receiver (or # WS37RR for a 2 1/2" receiver). This system will work well with your tongue weight, supports trailer frames up to 6" (or up to 8" with adapter # WS89RR ), and requires the brackets to be installed 27"-32" back from the center of the coupler.
You might be wondering, “What makes this system better than others?” The answer is its built-in scale. During installation, you’ll simply hook the trailer up to the hitch ball, open the app, answer a few questions, and input the weight. The app will then guide you on the precise placement of the brackets to ensure optimal performance, taking all the guess work out!
When we get a new product and our installers are excited about it, we know it’s going to be a game-changer! Their enthusiasm makes us excited too!
I've attached a great review video that my buddy Brad put together, please take a couple of minutes to watch it and let me know what you think.

Hey Greg, how did things go with the Weigh Safe True Tow hitch for your toy hauler? Did the built-in scale make it easier to dial in your setup? Your experience could really help others towing heavy trailers like yours.
