Question:
I am looking for a good 115 volt water transfer pump with an on/off switch on the plug-in cord. To transfer water from containers into a pressurized city water tank on an Alliance 36V11. both suction and discharge linesgarden hose size about 6 feet each or so. From a good manufacture and with at least a one year warranty. You have any suggestions?

Hey Ned. The Seaflo Diaphragm Pump for Boats and RVs item # SE96FR is going to be the best option for a 115v pump. None of our pumps come with an on/off switch on the power cord though. This is a three gallon per minute pump with a 1/2"-14 male NPT inlet and outlet. You can connect garden hoses to it but you'll need to source a couple adapters from your local hardware store. This is a self-priming pump so it'll work great to transfer water from a container to your RV.
The Seaflo Diaphragm Pump for Boats and RVs item # SE96FR has a manufacturer's 4-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

We have been using this pump for 3 years. Zero issues. It does get a little hot under extended run times, like an hr or more but it hasn’t had any failures.
