Hi Craig, for your 2023 Ford Transit AWD what you’re most likely working with is a T350, not an F350, since Ford uses T350 for the Transit vans and F350 for the pickup trucks, so the naming can definitely get confusing.

As far as sway bar options, there is not currently a confirmed front anti-sway bar available for the AWD Transit models, but we do have solid rear bar options that make a big difference in stability. If your Transit is a dual rear wheel model, you can use the Hellwig rear anti-sway bar part # HE44YR, which is a great choice if you want a firmer, more controlled feel. If your Transit is a single rear wheel model, the Roadmaster rear anti-sway bar part # RM82EQ would be the correct fit and will still give you a noticeable improvement in handling and reduce that side to side sway.

I know the goal here is to get the van feeling more planted and less affected by wind or body roll, and even though there is not a front option for the AWD models right now, upgrading the rear sway bar is where most people feel the biggest improvement anyway.

Just to make sure I point you in the right direction, is your Transit a dual rear wheel model or a single rear wheel setup?
