Hello Ron, thanks for reaching out. Yes, there is a harness that hooks up to the factory harness on a 1999 Ford F-350. The thing is this vehicle will have one of two types of connector for this model year. It's either a round plug or a rectangular plug so you'll want to check and verify which one you have.

For the rectangular plug you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C55243.

If it's the round plug, use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C55774.

What kind of trailer will you be hauling?

I have round and rectangle plugs, the rectangle is currently connected to a 7 pin, I want to use a 7 blade for my 5th wheel.

@RonM Oh ok are you wanting to add a 7-way to the bed then? For that you can use the Mighty Cord 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness w/ 7-Way Connector # A10-7010. This will tee into the round plug connector so you can have a 7-way on the bumper and in the bed.

I bought one for my 2000 f350, it fit perfectly plugged right into the factory harness
