• No Power at 7-Way Charge Circuit On 1999 Ford F-250
  The relay box on your 1999 Ford F-250 is actually located in the engine compartment near the brake master cylinder. Since it sounds like you don't have power at the 7-way at all you probably need a new 30A fuse in location 16 for the trailer battery charge. The battery charge also has a relay in location 39. If you replace the fuses and still do not have power at the 7-way you most likely need to replace it. If the Ford has a factory tow package, you can replace the plug with part # C55774....
