HI: I have a few questions and hope you can assist. Vehicle details: 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE. 1 For my vehicle would Part Number: TMT67FR fit? When I use the product search the item available lists XSE Models. However when I the item the product detail page lists excluding XSE.” 2 I checked the spare tire and it is not a full size tire, therefore will TMT67FR fit with the spare? 3 My needs are for a bike rack and to tow a medium Uhaul trailer to move my son in/out of the college apartment. Will TMT67FR meet those requirements? 4 I prefer the hidden hitch. Is TMT67FR hidden? 5 My vehicle does on have Factory wiring. can you recommend the wiring kit to purchase?6 for the wiring, doesTMT67FR have a Mounting Bracket, if not which item is needed for mounting? Hey John, yes the Trailer Mate hitch part # TMT67FR is a confirmed fit for your 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE. Our fitguide is a bit confusing but this hitch fits the XSE and non-XSE models so depending on what you see on the page it can be confusing. It will work with your 18 inch spare.

This will meet the needs you mentioned and this would be considered a partially hidden hitch as only hitch opening hangs below rear bumper. We don't have any more hidden hitches that fit your vehicle.
