Question:
Hi! Have a 2016 Northstar 12STC truck camper with hapijack 4160 electric jacks and swing out brackets in the front white in color. I spring and overextended the jacks at a concert. One swing out brackets is twisted and I don’t think the rear jacks are holding weight well. It has what appears to me to be the Clutched motor head as the electronic jack part. Any suggestions on replacement jacks, or do I need new gears or any thoughts? I know I need a new swing out bracket. Thanks

Hey Kelly, thanks for the pictures. Sorry to hear about your jacks being damaged. Unfortunately, since your Happijac 4160 system has the clutched motor head, I do not have a replacement for just the motor head.
The 4160 is a 2-piece construction ACME screw drive, and the roll pins that connect the ACME screw to the upper assembly can shear with the clutch-less motors.
The HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack System item # LC736514-ELKIT is what you'll need to replace your entire 4160 system.
The Swing Out Extension Brackets for HappiJac Truck Camper Jack Systems item # LC182496 will get you up and running with new swing out brackets.

Thank you! One more question, if all four jacks still go up and down, then can I just replace the legs? The kit you sent me has wiring and all of that, seems like that may be more than I need since mine is already wired and electric with a remote? Thanks again!
