Very easy to adjust and work. Very pleased with how they hold and don’t back off

Unfortunately the first package of turnbuckles came with no instructions and the thread hook was too long. So when we tried to shorten them they jammed up the spring mechanism
We received 3 replacements first and then the 4th
Again we had the same problem with the thread hooks being too long from the factory and we needed to cut them down to size. Not your fault and Paul was very helpful about informing us about the factory defect
The last turnbuckle to arrive was damaged by ups and a claim was filed by them so once again I contacted Paul and he told me that if if was to send another turnbuckle it would be the last with no more replacements or returns. My response was that we had 3 and we needed 4. I then got an email from Mike saying another one was on the way
So all in all the customer service I got was good but the product needed shortening and the shipping was below my expectations

Easy to use and quality. Did have a warranty issue and etrailer was great to replace. Appreciate the help.

They work great, I do have an issue with one hold water from rain. When one starts squeaking, I have to take it off and check for water and spray with grease. Works great and easy to use otherwise.
