Hey Tommy, thanks for reaching out!
I did a little digging on that 82405 number, and it actually traces back to an older Tie Down Engineering disc brake kit, not a current Dexter part number. That exact kit isn’t available anymore, but the good news is we do carry all the components needed to build out an equivalent setup.
Here’s what you’d need:
Dexter Disc Brake Kit # T2HRCM10DAC
Dexter DX6.6 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # DX79UR
Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # 20TA-BLKIT
Solenoid Valve for Dexter Brake Actuators # T4748800
These parts will give you essentially the same setup that the older 82405 kit included, so you’re not losing anything by going this route.

If like me you're retro fitting existing old disk brakes, the first thing you need to do is measure EVERYTHING. Compare them to the online descriptions. Take photos of everything. If you can, take the brakes apart down to the mounting plates on the trailer before you start. Measure the axle and make sure the new bearings match. And also check the measurements of the master brake actuator and how they bolt on, does it have the backup cutout solenoid now and does the new one have one? I believe they also sell them separately. Knowing what trailer manufacturer you have can also help match them up that way too. Well, if you're not me and everything on it went out of business 30 years ago, boat, outdrive, trailer, brakes, etc. Call or e-mail them if you have questions as I had no problems getting answers. The caliper mounting plate bracket and axle size is probably what is the most important? You need to know the bolt circle on the trailer bracket as the new brakes are dependent on those measurements and the new bearing have to fit the axle. Just compare the new kit parts with what you have now. They usually have measurements for everything in the kits. I would also bolt everything up before you grease or torque anything down to make sure everything fits. I had to redo a 40 year old Calkins dual axle trailer with OEM disc brakes that carried my 21 foot boat. What a mess. Had 1 fubar on the first order, nothing was even close. Then the next kit fit perfect, well, other than the master cylinder in the actuator looked like it had saltwater in it for a year or two, sealed box so something happened at the factory. Everything was made right and everything bolted right up. Other than having to re-bend the lines at the calipers the old brakes lines fit perfect. I think I used one of the new ones lines but just ended up using most of the old lines after I inspected them. I would not go back to drum brakes if you paid me. I pulled the trailer with my bronco and hardly knew it was there.
