Listed below are the Blue Ox parts you need to flat tow your 2026 Ram 2500 Rebel with a diesel engine:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar item # BLU78QV for a 2-1/2" Hitch or item # BX7420 for a 2" Hitch
Base Plate Kit - Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU34ER
Wiring Harness - Blue Ox 4-Diode Universal Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles item # BX8848 and the Blue Ox 6-Wire, Coiled Electrical Cord with 6-Way, Round Plugs item # BX8862
Supplemental Braking System - Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System - Proportional item # BLU37TR and the 12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps item # RM-9332
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
