What is Best Fifth Wheel Hitch that Fits 2020 Ford F-350 with Factory Rail Kit

Question:

I have a 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty long bed that has the factory rail kit in the bed of the truck. What is the best hitch option I should get for towing my fifth wheel? US Made?

The best fifth wheel hitch for the factory rail kit of your 2020 Ford F-350 is the B&W Companion hitch # BWRVK3305 which is made here in the USA. The everyone thinks this is the best option is because of how well it's made, how easy it is to use, and how quiet and smooth the ride quality is when towing with it since the jaws of the hitch hold the king pin very tightly. I bought a2020 F350 63/4 bed my pin box is long box model # Lippert 1621 will I need a slider for this hook up, if so what is the best hitch. I want to be able to remove it when I am not towing. This has the oem prep package on the truck.

For your 2020 Ford F-350 standard bed, you will still need a sliding hitch with your long Lippert 1621 pin box to get the turning clearance you need. Since you have the OEM pucks, I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550038 which fits in your pucks and requires no jumping in and out of your truck to manually adjust the slide when needed. This hitch automatically moves as needed for clearance and is especially nice on a cold or rainy day of travel. If you want a more traditional style hitch, then I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider # BWRVK3370. This hitch is a customer favorite for strength and durability. It is able to be installed with the head separate from the base which is really nice for a strong hitch like this. A third option is to use an adapter like the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # RP30156 and then a standard sliding hitch or your choice.

From what I can tell the Super Ride attaches to above-bed, industry-standard rails. If this is the case with your model (there's a gooseneck version too I believe) then you can use the Reese Rail Adapter # RP30156. This will mount to the factory puck system on your F-350 to provide industry standard rails for the Super Ride.
