Can these steps be used in this video for installation on a 2025 Ram Tungsten? And does this tow bar fit on the Ram Tungsten?

Hey Mubarak. The only baseplate that fits the 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten edition is the Blue Ox item # BLU26HR. We do not have an installation video but I have linked the installation instructions below so you can see how to get it installed.
The Roadmaster item # RM86DQ, you referenced fits the 2025 Ram 1500 but not the Rebel, RHO or Tungsten models. The installation video for this baseplate isn't going to help much with installing the Blue Ox item # BLU26HR.
Here are the rest of the parts you'll need to flat tow your 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten:
Tow Bar - etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox item # e67ZR or you can just add the item # DM9523041 to the etrailer Tow Bar item # e84ZR you purchased a few years ago if you still have it.
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - item # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System - Curt RVi Series Shadow 2 Flat Tow Brake System item # RVI94FR for a permanent install or the Curt RVi Series 4 Portable Flat Tow Brake System item # RVI44FR for a portable system.
Please note you will also need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit item # RM58DQ if you go with the permanently installed item # RVI94FR. This makes sure your braking system isn't applying when it's not supposed to.
