Hey Jason,
There really isn't a specific "size" T-slot on many brands. Majority of aftermarket racks use the same size T-slots to make products as universal as possible. Luckily on the Rhino Rack load stops # RRRLH2 there is a full list of what crossbars they fit into and what crossbars they do not. I will attach that for you below.
