Do you carry a cargo rail loadstop that will fit on the factory cargo rails on a 2013 yukon xl?

If your rails happen to have the T slot top channel then you could use Load Stops for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars or Pioneer Platform Rack - 5" Tall # RRRLH2. If you do not have the t slot channel and just have the standard roof rails then this will not work.

If you don't have a roof rack with a t slot channel then I recommend adding the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Aluminum - 58" Long # MPG216 which will attach to your Yukon's side rails. You could then attach Load Stops for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars or Pioneer Platform Rack - 5" Tall # RRRLH2 to the top channel to secure/stop your load.
