The Rhino Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars like the part # RRVA150B-2 has pretty standard T-slot dimensions that you can see in the attached picture. Basically the top opening is 7/16 inch and in the slot itself measures 7/8 inch. Essentially all roof rack accessories that are designed to fit these slots will work.

What size T-Slot bolt (M6, M8, M10, etc.) is the best fit for the Rhino Rack Vortex Bar? I want to install T-slot tie-down bolts to the bar.

@Philip We actually used to carry exactly what you are looking for with the part # S604 but we stopped being able to get it. Thread size appears to be closest to M10.
