I have a 2014 ram 3500 dually 4x4. Is the Roadmaster RM46GR compatible with the Torklift Superhitch Original TLD1108?

It sure is Joe, and welcome back! The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM46GR is definitely compatible with the TorkLift SuperHitch item # TLD1108 installed on your 2014 Ram 3500. This sway bar is meant to replace and upgrade your factory one.
Do you have a gooseneck, 5th wheel hitch, or factory air ride suspension?
