I have a 2023 Ram 3500 6.7L Big Horn and was wondering if this would fit?

Yes, the Hellwig Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-5/16" Diameter # HE24MR is confirmed to fit the 2023 Ram 3500 models with the 6.7L diesel engine. This will work with 2WD/4WD models and is fine with dually models as well.

Kevin, we just installed this part on a 2024 3500 6.7L SRW big horn , crew cab 4wd It worked great, but is a bit snug to the shock absorber on the rear driver side...is this an issue? Thanks

@GregB That's normal so you don't have anything to worry about. If you look at the manufacturer's installation photo (attached above) from the installation manual you can see the rear strut is almost touching the Hellwig Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE24MR.

@GregB That photo is pretty dark so I threw some arrows on it in photoshop to show where the strut sits. If you click on the picture it should also expand so you can see it a bit clearer.
