Nothing improves control like a solid rear sway setup when the vehicle starts to lean or rock under load. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar’s 1-1/2"-diameter 4140 chromoly steel bar ties the rear axle to the frame to keep things level through corners and quick maneuvers. By bracing the chassis against side-to-side movement, it cuts down body roll and gives a more planted, predictable feel whether the road is straight or curvy.

Crosswinds and passing semis can wear you out fast when the vehicle drifts around. This bar minimizes sway so you don’t have to constantly correct the steering wheel. The result is steadier tracking, less steering effort, and fewer tense moments behind the wheel. Long drives feel smoother, and you arrive more relaxed.
This setup isn’t built with standard materials. The 4140 chromoly steel bar is much harder and stronger than typical 1020 steel, giving it superior strength and resistance to flex. Polyurethane bushings resist oil, gasoline, and ozone damage, so they don’t squish out or crack like rubber. That means consistent support and a longer service life with less maintenance.

Designed to work in conjunction with the existing suspension, this bar avoids interference with most aftermarket add-ons like air systems and helper springs. It uses the weight of the rear axle to brace the frame as it shifts in turns, improving stability without affecting other components.
The kit comes complete with heavy-gauge mounting hardware, detailed instructions, and bushing lubricant. While drilling is required for installation, everything is built for a solid, permanent fit. Once installed, the upgrade delivers immediate improvement in stability and confidence on every drive.

I think Brittany and Nicole on order number 120807947 successfully got the parts to me and did an amazing job.
The difference was night and day! Would highly recommend.
Works great. I have referred others to the website to purchase one for their vehicles as well.
Fits my Ram 3500 as promised.
Seems like a great product. Was able to install it the night I received it. Would like to ask Roadmaster to provide better guidance on the drivers side bracket install. It basically has to be done basing off of the visual in the directions. Took me about 3.75 hours to install.
The sway bar makes a huge difference in the way the vehicle handles with a camper in the bed. Installation was a little bit tricky keeping the bolts straight through both sides of the frame. Under all I’m very happy.
Great product! However, the instructions from Roadmaster are not very helpful. The install is difficult. An in-depth video of the install would be quite helpful. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. We have a 4000lb camper on our 24 Ram Dually and the difference the anti sway bar made is incredible!!
After getting the first shipment and finding that someone had stolen the contents from the box and retaped it while in transit, I was anticipating a drawn out process to get another swaybar. I sent an email indicating the theft along with a few pictures of the obviously tampered shipping box. Karen at e-trailer expedited a new order and had a new one shipped the same day. (I was leaving on an extended trip in a couple days and had to get it installed on my truck which carries my camper). I got my swaybar a couple days later and it was installed in time to load my camper and head out. Thank you e-trailer for the great service! I have purchased several things from them and will continue to do so. Good customer service is almost a thing of the past. E-trailer makes sure it’s not gone.
I was disappointed to learn my brand new 21 Ram 3500 did not come with a anti sway bar. The Roadmaster RM73FR was the only after market I could get in time for my next road trip pulling our 40' fifth wheel. It is a heavy duty bar however it is also over priced.
Installation was not as cut and dry as the direction indicate and frankly the directions are very poor. The part numbers called out for the link arms were incorrect however the link arms did fit correctly even though they were labeled wrong. Link arm with factory bend goes on drivers side. They do not mention removing plastic mud wall and fender support bracket on passenger side in order to drill the forward hole in the frame. Definitely remove passenger side rear tire and while truck is jacked up drill your holes through the lower shock mounts because if working from the ground you will not have enough clearance from the ground to fit your drill. I haven't towed with it at the time of this review, however test driving with quick maneuvering and cornering indicates is already an improvement.
We enjoy shopping with a trailer. They are very knowledgeable and are very courteous and polite to their customers and the price is right.
I believe it has made a difference. We have a Wolf Creek truck camper on a 2021 Ram 3500 with duels, last year on a trip from Minnesota to Oregon before I installed it we encountered some high winds truck did not handle well. Going down Donner Pass in California was a nightmare! Since the install I have not had a bad handling experience, haven't been in any mountains but have been in high winds. Not an easy install, hard to get at the frame to drill. Could only get one hole drilled on the right side so I made a clamp to hold the bracket. I feel it is worth the price and work to install, truck should have had this from the factory.
Read the reviews and thought I would be the lucky one and get the complete package.
Unfortunately another victim of an incomplete order, I received the sway bar and mounting brackets but hardware was for another sway bar, not even close to what I need.
Planned to install today on my day off, not gunna happen.
This sway bar works great. I installed it incorrectly. I lost a couple of bushings called up customer support. I told him I needed a couple bushings, and the tech guy told me he would get back to me after he figured out how he can get get them. Four days later, with no cost to me, I had my replacement for my error great company.
The product seems to be high quality but the instructions are not that great to mount the drivers side frame mount for the link . Not to easy to drill the holes to line up on the inside of the frame unless you drop the fuel tank to mark & drill them . I didn’t want to do that so my holes were a bit off & I ended hogging out the bracket some on one side to get the bolt to go through . Also didn’t know if the bar would clear my Banks rear diff cover & etrailer would have been willing for me to return it including shipping at no cost if there were clearance issues . Great customer service.
The Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar is an outstanding product. I haul a 3,500lbs camper in the bed of my 22 Ram 3500 Long Bed and it dramatically reduced the amount of sway. Additionally, their customer support is excellent! I don't know if my truck was a unicorn but I had a fitment issue with one of the end links. It turns out the straight end link would not work in my application and my truck required both links to be offset. After working with both etrailer and Roadmaster, they sent a new one right away that solved the problem. Very happy with both etrailer and Roadmaster!
The product is great but very difficult to install with poor instructions. Some bolts were incorrect and some missing but Roadmaster sent out correct ones! Works great though.

It was working good but last winter I traded the truck for a new one. This time I went with a Hellwig antisway bar it didnt seem as heavy duty but it was much much easier to install and it seems to be working good.
