Hello, I have a 2013 toyota tacoma, vin 5TFUU4EN7DX066477 with a factory installed hitch that I need to replace. Can you please assist me in ing the correct replacement?

Hi Steve; the factory hitch on the 2013 Tacoma has the bumper brackets integrated into the hitch. You can replace it with the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e98850 but you will have to remove the old hitch and find new bumper brackets to complete the installation. Ultimately it us up to you to make this work. None of the custom fit hitches are able to install without removing the factory hitch first.

Hi Steve, did you have a chance to replace the factory hitch on your Tacoma with the etrailer Trailer Hitch? I'm curious if you found suitable bumper brackets for the installation. Your experience could really help others in a similar situation.

@RobinH Hello, The Toyota stock bumper brackets ( Toyota part #52015-04010 ( right ) and # 52016-04010 ( left ) are exact fits. 5 bolts needed for each of the two brackets Toyota Part # 90119-A0192 ( QTY: 10 ) Steve

@SteveM hi Steve. I am currently taking on this endeavor and found your comment. If possible here, do you have any finished pictures of the installation that shows the L and R brackets in relation to the frame and new hitch?
