Need guidance for a trailer hitch and harness to tow a Boston WHALER around town in a 2015 Toyota Tacoma

Hey Mark, for your 2014 Toyota Tacoma the hitch I would recommend is the etrailer part # e98850 which has great towing capacities and is mostly hidden. Then for trailer wiring the Tekonsha kit part # 118496 is the easiest to install and most reliable as well.

Jameson, The trailer I have requires a 5 prong flat connector. Is that something you have? Also, The folks I purchased the trailer from recommended a 2" ball mount with a slide bar so you can adjust the height to match up with the trailer. Is this something you have as well? Thank, Mark

@MarkC You'd need to use the 4-way I mentioned and then a 5-way adapter part # 20036 to get a 5-way. Adjustable ball mounts are pretty nice. For that we have the Flash part # DTSTBM6600 which would be a great option.
