This Class III trailer hitch will use existing holes in the truck's frame for a no-drill installation. It will provide a 2 inch receiver opening and a 5,000 pound towing capacity, although I also recommend checking the towing capacity of the truck itself. This information will be listed in your owner's manual and you will simply need to follow whichever limit is lower, the truck's or the hitch's.

The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118496 you also mentioned is confirmed to fit your Tacoma if it did not come with the factory 7-Way connector.
