With a 2" x 2" receiver and Class III rating, this hitch puts real utility within reach. It’s rated for a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 500 lbs, or up to 5,500 lbs GTW and 550 lbs TW when used with weight distribution. Have you checked the receiver opening? We typically pack the install instructions and hardware in a plastic bag placed in the receiver opening. If the hardware isn't there, please let me know and I'll have those sent right out!

Thanks for the tip on keeping the bumper up. It looks like a good way to do it. I will use this way when I install mine. Did you need help holding the hitch in place?

It works well. I haven’t had any problems with it Knock on wood The only problem I had was when I first got it and it was bent a little bit but I was able to straighten it and get it on.

Great! No problems at all. Used on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma pickup to tow a 13 Casita travel trailer on a trip from Kinsale, VA to Argentia, Newfoundland Canada! A trip of about 6000 miles. The hitch was very easily installed and the instructions were very thorough. Thanks much!!
