Can Car Battery Be Charged By Running Wire From RV Battery To 7-Way?

Hello I am wondering if I could run a power wire from my RV battery to my 7 pin connector on my car instead of running a wire from my car battery? I know that I would need to make a connection that I would have to disconnect when I’m not towing.

Hello Derek, thanks for reaching out. Are you trying to set up a charge line for flat towing purposes? If so, yes you can run a power wire from the RV battery to the RV 7-way. Then what you do is add a 6-pin plug to the front of the towed vehicle, then run a wire from the 6-pin plug to the towed battery. We sell kits for the RV side and the towed side.
