Question:
What wire harness will give me a 7 pin connector so I can tow a trailer with brakes for my EV9 24 GT?

Hey Ryan. To add a 7-way connector to your 2024 Kia EV9 you're going to need two separate harnesses because they don't make just one that will work. The first one is a 4-way connector. If you already have one just skip over this next part.
For a 4-way connector, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C66QV. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Kia's wiring harness behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights.
The second harness you will need is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your Kia with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it.
You will then connect the blue wire to the blue wire on the brake controller, connect the black wire to the positive post on your Kia's battery, the white wire to a suitable ground, and the yellow wire to the accessory circuit. This will provide you with the ability to control your trailer's brakes and also provide you with a 12v power wire for you trailer's battery.
Do you have a brake controller? If not, I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness item # RED52VR. This is a proportional brake controller that automatically adjusts your trailer's braking based on the deceleration of your Kia. The Tow-Pro has a unique installation method where the main unit is concealed behind your dash and the only part visible is the control knob.
What kind of trailer are you pulling?
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Is the brake controller required or optional to obtain the full functionality of the 7 pin connector? And your proposed solution results in a fully functional 4 pin and 7 pin connector, right?
