Will this product support a uhaul 5x8 uhaul trailer?

Hey Anthony! What are you planning to use the trailer for? Your standard 5x8 U-Haul cargo trailer has a GVWR of 2,700 lbs. The B&W Trailer Hitch Receiver # BW47BR has a max gross trailer weight of 4,500 lbs so it can definitely handle the U-Haul trailer and then some.
Keep in mind, you will be limited by the capacity of your vehicle. It looks like the 2022 RAV4 has a variety of capacities depending on how it is equipped, with the highest being 3,500 lbs. Make sure to check your owner's manual so you know what you can tow.
Since you're towing a trailer you will also need wiring and a ball mount. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56434 will give you a 4-way to power the trailer's signal lights. For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # e66PR.
