Hey Galen! You can use the Wiring Kit item # 5506 to install the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter item # C57672. This kit includes duplex wiring for both the charge line and for adding a brake controller. The kit includes a 20-Amp item # PK54220, 30-Amp item # PK54230 and 40-Amp item # 9510 circuit breaker.
The 20-amp breaker is used to power the brake controller for single and tandem axle trailers. The 30-amp is used to power the brake controller for use on a trailer with braking axles. The 40-amp is used for the 12v line.
If all you're wanting to do is power the 7-way, you can use item # 10-1-1 and the 40 amp circuit breaker item # 9510. Additionally, you will need three of the ring terminals item # DW05705-1.

Hey Galen, how did things go using the 40-amp breaker and ring terminals to power your 7-way for the Saris Door County rack? Knowing what setup worked best could help others wiring the same adapter.
