    That's a good question, but the answer is no, the 30 amp Circuit Breaker - Cycling Auto Reset # PK54230 does not prevent backfeed in the same manner as a diode. To prevent backfeeding, what you can use is exactly what you mentioned, a diode, the Roadmaster Single Park Light Diode # RM-690.
