Hey Mike, for your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 with a diesel engine, you can use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57388. These air bags have an adjustable air pressure range of 5 to 100 PSI, provided up to 5,000 lbs of load leveling support, and is made from Zytel nylon which is lighter and stronger than steel.
Along with these air bags you're also going to need a compressor. I recommend checking out the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980EZ.
This compressor does not require any air lines, uses Bluetooth to talk to the bags, and can be mounted vertically or horizontally.
