Recommended Air Bags for a 2023 GMC 1500 Sierra

I have a 2023 GMC 1500 Sierra Denali and I am in need of air bags to eliminate squat and to help stabilize truck when towing. I believe I have the Magnetic Ride shocks. Any help?

Hey Russ. So long as your 2023 GMC 1500 Sierra Denali doesn't have the adaptive ride control feature the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL88288 are going to be the best option for you.

The Air Lift Kit item # AL88288 has a 5,000 lbs capacity that will definitely address that squatting issue you're encountering. This kit comes with custom fit brackets that bolt to your Sierra without drilling.

I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.

Does your truck have the 3.0 diesel engine?

Yes, I’m running the 3.0 Duramax. How do I know if I have Adaptive Ride Control? I can see my shocks are not normal and have an electrical sensor attached. Russ

@Russ all Denali trim level have the ARC system... Adaptive Ride Control. It electronically controls ride damp ECT.
