The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support to keep your vehicle sitting level and handling steady. Level suspension means better traction, proper headlight aim, and less strain on your factory springs and shocks. It’s the kind of upgrade that keeps your truck driving the way it should, even when it’s working hard.
Every haul is different, and this system lets you fine-tune your setup for each one. Inflate the bags anywhere between 5 and 100 psi to dial in firmness when towing or soften things up when unloaded. Each spring can be inflated independently to balance uneven weight from side-to-side loads. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included, giving you simple control without extra electronics unless you choose to add a compressor later.
These springs are built for the long haul with 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber that handles constant flexing under load. Air Lift’s exclusive upper and lower roll plates protect each bag and add strength where it’s needed most. The endcaps are made from high-strength Zytel nylon—lighter than steel but more corrosion resistant—so you don’t have to worry about rust or leaks shortening the life of your setup.
Heavy trailers or bed loads can make the ride harsh or unstable. The LoadLifter 5000 helps absorb road shock and minimize sway so your truck feels planted on rough highways or uneven work sites. By keeping the rear suspension level and supported, it reduces tire wear and helps maintain a smooth ride whether you’re hauling gear all week or towing on weekends.
Everything you need comes in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, air lines, and valves—so you can bolt it up with basic tools. Once installed, you can inflate the springs manually or add an optional Air Lift compressor system with in-cab or wireless controls for on-the-fly adjustments. It’s a straightforward way to get serious support without overcomplicating your setup.

Really bad instructions... Had to look for online videos to get the direction for the Bags... Had to tear it apart 3 times to get it right...

I have had this product for a year on my 21 Silverado trail boss. I will never tow without air bags again. The instructions are easy to follow and it was an easy install in my driveway. Would recommend this product to everyone that tows anything

Order was processed and delivered ahead of schedule! I attempted to order air bags for my truck and several retailers were out of stock. ETrailer had them in stock and delivered within a week!
Great air bags they are the leading brand for a reason everything is a perfect bolt on fit very high quality.
Arrived on time. Installation was step by step per instructions. After installing passenger side in 75 minutes driver side was 20 minutes.
Results were as I hoped. Before the bags rear of truck dropped 2 1/2”. After installation (15psi) back of truck sagged Les than an inch.
Worth the investment.
Overall this product is just what I need, the installation was messy the clamp brackets on the front of the axle wouldn't allow the wire harness protection plate to be reinstalled properly I made it work
Got them installed today took a couple of hours but really impressed. Have about 8psi for running around town but can't wait to try with the travel trailer. Pulled the trailer back in September to Montana and constantly had other drivers flashing their brights at me. Hoping this solves my problem. Everything in this kit just bolted right up.
Same as my previous review. Too rough of a ride. I had to take everything back out.
Received this quickly and was easy to install, good instruction. Has helped with leveling the truck front to rear.

The bags fit great, the install video was perfect
2019 Chevy 1500 Z71 install. So this is a 2 part review. Shipping was super fast so cudos there. Instructions there was a little to be left to the imagination but install over all was super simple and quick. With a 7,500 pound travel trailer truck is level and ride is ok. When you unhook the trailer though it is like riding on a bottomed out suspension! The truck is uncontrollable bouncing I tried 5psi and 0psi and the ride is miserable! They are coming off the truck and being exchanged for something different. Truck suspension is too low and the at ride height and is sitting on the air bags.

We do recommend to at least keep the minimum of 5 PSI in the air bags to prevent a bouncy ride and damage to the air bags.
We added this to our 1500 Silverado due to the heavy hitch sag. Installed easily and made a world of difference in controlling the 25 ft pontoon boat. It handles so much better now, we couldn't be happier!
Fairly easy install. Installed them into my 2020 Trailboss to help with hauling my travel trailer. The video made the install a breeze. Added the T for the air lines to link them together for one fill port.
Overall the installation was easy to do. I’m excited to see how these help when under a load
Perfect fit. 2024 silverado 1500. Fixed my 5th wheel road walking issue.

The delivery of the air bags was fast and instructions for instal was easy
It got a little confusing with the way the plates went on watching the video. Because it looked like you were doing it in reverse of what the video was showing, But I finally figured it out.
Once you figure it out is very easy to install with the video.

Not terribly hard to install, but would have been better include a three way tee to air up both sides at the same time
